1. Booking & Reservation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the advance payment is received. The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed schedule (usually before or at the start of the journey).

2. Vehicle Usage

• The vehicle is meant only for travel on motorable roads.
• AC will be switched off while driving in hilly regions to ensure passenger safety and vehicle performance.
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

3. Kilometer & Time Calculation

Starting and closing km/time will be calculated from our garage to garage in Varanasi. Any state taxes, toll taxes, parking fees, and driver allowances are extra unless explicitly stated as included in the package.

4. Delays & Breakdowns

While we maintain our fleet to the highest standards, mechanical breakdowns can occasionally happen. In such rare cases, we will try to provide an alternate vehicle as soon as possible, but we cannot be held liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical failure.

5. Liability

The company is not responsible for any loss of luggage, goods, or personal belongings during the trip. Passengers are requested to take care of their own belongings.
